Right now we are coaching a knowledge worker development process of a client that already has a strong organizational knowledge management approach. The first step is in the development process is that every knowledge worker creates her own „Mission Statement“ (describing the purpose of my life) and „Vision Statement“ (describing a desired result in the future).
