Today I presented the approach and lessons learned from the last 5 years of knowledge management in the Schaeffler Group. The slides are (with friendly permission of Paul Seren, head of Schaeffler KM) a combination and translation of the german slides presented at KnowTech 2006 (Expert Debriefing) and KnowTech 2009 (Schaeffler Wiki).
