Communities verbinden. Warum also nicht Community Manager über Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg zusammenbringen, um Erfahrungen zu teilen und voneinander zu lernen? Genau darum geht es in den Cross-Company Community Managers Meetups (#C3Managers). In den 3-monatlich stattfindenden Sessions werden unterschiedliche Themen rund um Community Management bearbeitet.

Unser #C3Managers Meetup bewegt sich zwischen zwei spannenden Polen: Sollten sich Communities zurückbesinnen auf ihre wahren Energie-Quellen, die Motivation und Begeisterung von Menschen, die völlig selbst bestimmt ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgen? Oder spielen auf der anderen Seite Bots eine immer größere Rolle in Communities? Lasst euch überraschen und mitreißen von unseren spannenden Referent*innen:
- Über selbst organisierte Communities bei T-Systems spricht Georg Holzknecht. Die Telekom arbeitet nach dem Dual Operating System, in dem Hierarchie und Selbstorganisation beide ihren Platz haben. Ein Teil der internen Communities bauen sich komplett selbst organisiert auf. Dazu publizieren die Macher in Kürze auch ein neues Handbuch.
- Die Data & AI Fellows bei ZF (Friedrichshafen) sind eine interne Community, deren Ziele mehr Awareness, Enabling & Networking für Data & AI sind. Dr. Martina Flatscher und Anja Fessler geben einen Einblick in die Community-Toolbox – wie etwa die Data & AI Conference, den Coffee Bot für Engagement, Inspirational Sparks, der AI Stand-Up und mehr.

Our #C3Managers Meetup moves between two exciting poles: Should communities return to their true sources of energy, the motivation and enthusiasm of people who are completely self-determined pursuing a common goal? Or on the other hand, do bots play an increasingly important role in communities? Let yourself be surprised and carried away by our exciting speakers:
- Georg Holzknecht talks about self-organized communities at T-Systems. Deutsche Telekom operates according to the Dual Operating System, in which hierarchy and self-organization both have their place. Some of the internal communities build up completely self-organized. For this purpose, the makers will soon publish a new manual.
- The Data & AI Fellows at ZF (Friedrichshafen) are an internal community whose goals are more awareness, enabling & networking for data & AI. Dr. Martina Flatscher and C give an insight into the community toolbox – such as the Data & AI Conference, the Coffee Bot for Engagement, Inspirational Sparks, der AI Stand-Up and more.
